7-Day Return Policy
You may return your undamaged product and packaging within 7 days of purchase to receive a REFUND VOUCHER for any reason. If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, the customer must pay the return shipping costs

How long does a battery charge last and how long does it take to fully charge?

For a new product, after a full charge, the battery lasts around 13 minutes. It takes 2.5 to 3.5 hours to fully charge.

What are the dimensions of this vacuum?

Did they change it to usb-c yet?

The H11 only supports USB-B charging, sorry it can't support USB-c yet

Is it strong enough to vacuum dust from laptops and fan exists in the back?

Definitely strong enough to clean laptop. I use it to clean crumbs out if kitchen drawers and it works perfectly. It has an attachment that has a brush or turn it over and it is a longer nozzle

stopped sucking up dirt unless I take out the filter! In which case it would suck the dirt into the vacuum itself. Is this what happens to everyone?

How loud is it? Current hand help sounds like a 757. Any dB rating?
