7-Day Return Policy
You may return your undamaged product and packaging within 7 days of purchase to receive a REFUND VOUCHER for any reason. If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, the customer must pay the return shipping costs

3 – If you make purchase through Authorize Re Seller Shop (Offline) You’ll get refund via store credits only.
4 – Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have receive you return item. We’ll immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspected the return item.
5- If we found any issue in return item we’ll notify you, then 7 Days return policy will not applicable. And we send back product to you (Customer) . Shipping Cost must pay by customer.
6- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
7- The serial number of the Product must be verified first.
8- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
9- Returns are only accepted within 7 Days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
10- To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
11- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid for by Laraib Electronics will be deducted from your refund.
12- You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
13- All returns must include all accessories, documentation, etc., that was originally shipped with the product.

How fast does PowerWave charge?

PowerWave charges iPhone 8 / 8 Plus / X at 7.5W and Samsung Galaxy S9 / S9+ /Note 8 / S8 / S8+ / S7 / S7 edge / S6 edge+ / Note 5 at 10W. All other Qi-compatible devices will charge at 5W.

Will PowerWave work with phone cases?

PowerWave charges through phone cases that are no thicker than 5mm. However, items such as metal stands or credit cards will interfere with charging. Additionally, charging speeds may be reduced while charging with a phone case.

Is PowerWave compatible with Apple Watch?

No. Apple Watch uses a different wireless charging technology which is not supported by PowerWave.

Which type of AC adapter should I use?

We highly recommend using the included Quick Charge 3.0 wall adapter. PowerWave requires a Quick Charge 3.0 wall adapter with an output of 12V / 1.5A.

Will PowerWave fast charge an iPhone X with the 11.2 update?

Yes, PowerWave chargers will provide the fastest possible charging speed to iPhone 8, 8 Plus, X, XS MAX, 11, 11 PRO, 11 PRO MAX with iOS 11.2 or higher.

Can I use my Samsung AFC charger with PowerWave?

Since Samsung’s fast chargers do not meet the required output of 12V / 1.5A, they will not work with PowerWave. We highly recommend that you use the Quick Charge 3.0 wall adapter included in the box.

Why is my LED blinking?

The LED blinking may indicate that an incompatible device is detected or that interference occurred while attempting to charge. First, check to ensure that your phone supports wireless charging. Next, try removing the phone case to see if there are any stray objects (especially metals) inside, and that your phone is centered on the PowerWave charger. Lastly, you must use a 12V 1.5A wall adapter to operate PowerWave.

Will PowerWave interfere with the radio?

No, PowerWave is fully certified under CE, FCC, and RoHS requirements. It will not interfere with radio waves or emit harmful radiation.

Can I use a different cable with PowerWave?

Yes, you can use any high-quality Micro USB cable.
