7-Day Return Policy
You may return your undamaged product and packaging within 7 days of purchase to receive a REFUND VOUCHER for any reason. If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, the customer must pay the return shipping costs

The features are the same as the remote control. You can choose the source and switch between different sound modes.

How should I position Infini Pro?

If positioned correctly, the Soundcore logo should be on the top panel, facing upwards.

Can I connect the soundbar directly with my TV via HDMI cable?

Yes, if your TV supports HDMI ARC.

What does TV mode include?

TV mode includes HDMI ARC and Optical, with HDMI ARC being the default setting. Remove the HDMI cable if you want to switch to Optical.

Can the Infini Pro connect to a TV via Bluetooth?

Yes, if your TV supports Bluetooth connections. However, there will be an audio lag when watching videos.
