7-Day Return Policy
You may return your undamaged product and packaging within 7 days of purchase to receive a REFUND VOUCHER for any reason. If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, the customer must pay the return shipping costs
7 Days Return Policy Terms and Conditions 

1 – NO CASH BACK You’ll Receive your refund amount as Voucher within 2- 3 Working Days
2 – You Can use Voucher within 30 Days
3 – If you make purchase through Authorize Re Seller Shop (Offline) You’ll get refund via store credits only.
4 – Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have receive you return item. We’ll immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspected the return item.
5- If we found any issue in return item we’ll notify you, then 7 Days return policy will not applicable. And we send back product to you (Customer) . Shipping Cost must pay by customer.
6- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
7- The serial number of the Product must be verified first.
8- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
9- Returns are only accepted within 7 Days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
10- To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
11- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid for by Laraib Electronics will be deducted from your refund.
12- You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
13- All returns must include all accessories, documentation, etc., that was originally shipped with the product.

What isn’t cover in 7 Days Return Policy?

1 – If Product OR Packaging is Damage.
2 – If Product OR Packaging Have any Scratches.
3 – If Product OR Packaging is Dirty.
4 – If Complimentary accessories are incomplete or broken.
5 – If Authenticity Scratch code is scratch.
6- If products is not match to Order Number or Invoice #.
7- If Product is match to order/invoice number but serial number of product is not match with our Record/database.
8- After 7 Days of Purchase.
9- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Why won't Rave connect to my device?

1. In AUX mode press the "D" button for 10 seconds to reset the speaker.
2. Turn off the speaker and turn your Bluetooth device's Bluetooth off and then on again.
3. Clear all the pairing records on your Bluetooth device.
4. Restart your speaker and reconnect it with your Bluetooth device.

Note:
Make sure you have selected "Soundcore Rave" from the list of available devices.
If you still can't locate the correct "Soundcore Rave" try the following steps:
- Try upgrading the Bluetooth driver of your Bluetooth device.
- Try updating the Soundcore Rave firmware via this link: https://www.soundcore.com/update-firmware
- Try pairing your speaker with a different Bluetooth device to see if it works properly.

Why won't Rave pair with a second Rave speaker?

1. Turn on both Soundcore Rave speakers and make sure they aren't paired with other devices.
2. Press the Bluetooth button on both the speakers for three seconds simultaneously.
3. The Bluetooth indicator light will rapidly flash blue, indicating the two speakers are in pairing mode.
4. You will hear a tone when the two speakers successfully pair together. One speaker will display a solid blue light and the other will display a flashing blue light.

Notes:
Avoid placing any electronic devices between the two speakers. Make sure the distance between the two speakers is not more than 5 meters.

Why won't Rave power on?

1. Try charging the speaker. Four white LEDs around power button show the charging state.
2. Try holding the power button for at least 8 seconds to turn the speaker on.

Can you turn the lights off?

Yes
1. Long-press the light button to turn the lights on or off.
2. Use the Soundcore app to turn on/off the lights.

Can you change the light mode?

Yes, Rave has 6 light modes.
1. Press the light button on the speaker to change the light mode.
2. Use the Soundcore app to change the light mode.

Why won't Rave connect to the app?

1. Uninstall the app and then reinstall.
2. Reset the speaker. In AUX mode press the "D" button for 10 seconds to reset the speaker. If the reset is successful, the BassUp and light indictors will flash twice and the speaker will power off.
3. Install the app on another phone and check to see if the speaker can connect successfully to the app.

Can I pair Rave with more than two speakers at the same time?

Yes, it can connect to multiple Rave speakers.

Is Rave water resistant?

Yes, it is IPX4 water resistant.

Does Rave support a microphone input?

Yes, it supports microphone input.

Can the Soundcore app control the lights on both speakers in wireless stereo pairing mode?

Yes. When two Soundcore Raves are paired via wireless stereo pairing mode you can control both speakers using one app.

Can I control the lights from the app while using the AUX input?

You can't control the lights from a phone while using the AUX input. The lights can only be controlled when connected via Bluetooth.
